At Diamondftinc we are committed to the quality and condition of every seed we ship If you encounter any issue with your order upon arrival our exchange policy is here to address it promptly and fairly

1 Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges may be approved only under these conditions
1 Seeds damaged during transit
2 Receipt of incorrect seed variety or wrong quantity
3 Seeds delivered defective or unusable

Please note that problems caused by improper storage handling or usage after delivery are not eligible

2 Exchange Limitations
Exchanges are not accepted in the following cases
1 Change of mind or personal preferences including color size taste or growth expectations
2 Germination issues caused by planting techniques soil quality watering or environment
3 Requests made more than 15 days after delivery
4 Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

3 How to Request an Exchange

Step 1 Contact Customer Support
Email us at info@diamondftinc.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
Include your order number clear description of the problem and photos of the seeds and original packaging

Step 2 Review and Approval
Our support team will review your request and reply within 1 business day
You will be informed if your exchange is approved and whether a return is needed

Step 3 Return the Item if Required
If return is necessary a return address will be provided
Items must be shipped back using a trackable shipping method

Step 4 Replacement Shipment
After we receive and inspect the returned seeds
A replacement will be sent within 2 business days
Tracking details will be emailed once the replacement ships

4 Shipping Cost Responsibility
If the exchange is due to an error on our part including damaged or incorrect items
All shipping costs will be covered by Diamondftinc

If the exchange is approved for other valid reasons
Return shipping and reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility

5 Packaging Guidelines
Please retain original packaging whenever possible
Seeds returned without sufficient protective packaging risk damage
Exchange requests may be denied if damage occurs due to poor packaging
