1. How can I contact customer support?

2. Where do you ship your seeds?
We currently ship seeds within the United States only. Shipping to U.S. territories and P.O. Box addresses is not available.

3. How long does order processing and delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your location and carrier schedules.

4. What is your refund and return policy?
Refund requests are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unopened, unused seeds in original packaging. Please contact us at info@diamondftinc.com with your order details and photos if applicable.

5. How does the seed exchange process work?
If your seeds arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at info@diamondftinc.com with photos and order info. We will review your request and assist with exchange or replacement.

6. Are my personal details safe with Diamondftinc?
Yes. We follow strict privacy and data security practices to protect your information and never sell or rent your data to third parties. You can review our full Privacy Policy on our website.

7. Can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Absolutely. You can opt out of promotional emails anytime by using the unsubscribe link in the emails or contacting us directly.
