Seeds must be unopened unused and kept in original intact packaging
Items must not be custom made or labeled as Final Sale
Seeds must not be damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

A full refund will be approved when the issue is caused by our responsibility including
Incorrect seed varieties sent
Seeds damaged during delivery
Order fulfillment or shipping errors

Return Instructions

If a return is required
Items must be shipped back within 3 days after approval
A trackable shipping method must be used

Once returned seeds are received and inspected refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days

Shipping Cost Responsibility

For customer initiated returns such as a change of mind
Original shipping fees are not refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

For issues caused by Diamondftinc including product defects or shipping errors
All shipping costs including original and return shipping will be fully covered by us

Please keep your return tracking number until the refund process is completed
Requests submitted after 15 days or not following the outlined steps may not be approved
Returned items that do not pass inspection may be considered ineligible
