ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS

Orders may be canceled only prior to shipment.
If an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been assigned, cancellation is no longer permitted.
Customers should submit requests within 24 hours of placing the order to increase the likelihood of approval.
Orders marked as Final Sale or Non Cancellable are not eligible for cancellation.
Requests may also be denied if the package is already in transit or if suspicious or irregular activity is identified.

SUBMITTING A REQUEST

To request cancellation please email info@diamondftinc.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number and the reason for your request.
If the order has not shipped, we will review the request and provide confirmation within 1 business day.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once approved, the full payment will be returned to the original payment method within 2 business days.
Funds typically appear in the original account within 5 days depending on your financial institution.
If the order has already shipped, customers should follow the procedures outlined in the Refund Policy after delivery.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Customers are encouraged to carefully review order details before completing payment.
If cancellation is requested due to duplicate purchases or incorrect shipping information, please provide complete details to help us resolve the matter promptly.
